Help! Toyota Yaris/Vitz AUX solution in UK

I have Toyota Yaris 2008 in UK and I was wondering if anyone can help me with AUX installation or advise me in regards to playing music wirelessly.

I have heard this does not work all the times because of frequency change. I travel around motorway to different rural areas so I can’t be bothered to set a new frequency everytime.
