I also second Nauman Bhai. I faced the same problem with my pre. Initially I checked by ground externally but later on it was fixed from inside.

But you should be careful while fixing it from inside or let some expert do this (expert in soldering on PCBs). For an expert its hardly 2 minutes job.

Also you will not find the fuse of required rating easily. In this case you can remove the fuse and jump the two points. Since its a ground it will not cause any harm and also it is similar to external ground. The noise will eliminate if done from inside. Its tried and tested

jee rizi bhai, you are absolutely right about the fuse thing. grounding the wires from outside wud simply bypass the fuse.

Back to work after giving demo to Sir harris....

Here we back with some problem in my setup:-
When loud is off,from my pre....The subs behaving just like they are un plugged....Don't Know why..?

Sir harris concluded that it is the fault of my enclosure....As round ports are used in its tunning....!

After listening Sir harris system,I also concluded that some problem is in mine enclosure....His single VMAX is beating like a hell and eating mine 2 X subs like a breakfast....Just his enclosure is made up of L-Port.....!Tunning is same...both enclosure tunned to 36hz..!

May be some problem is really in my enclosure...Another factor of this problem is also the difference in HU and also the dampening of the box,which i did not done in mine enclosure..But Sir harris done it in his enclosure...!

with the loud off, how much are the woofers moving? if they are not moving or barely moving then problem is in the pre

sir pre is one of a kind with haris.. so mayb pre ka hii hu fault... stil one by one hii chk krna all things. u vl hv a better idea k wrong kahan se hai chez.

roundport wont make that big a difference

its either amp settings ( gain ?) , the pre or the amp it self

is the excursion normal, or its just not moving at all

loudness inceases pre volts and if thats making it work

possibly the rca out on pre is short, try grounding it.

Or check with Haris's pre

No,
When loud is on off...Subs are moving,but it can barely heard @ lower volumes...On louder volumes it can clearly heard...

Yup..
Subs are connected in right way....8ohms single sub,with separate wires....STJ also check the phase of my subs that are both subs working....

I already grounded my pre....Peco fuse blown week ago..
Excursion is normal when loud is off....!
Gain setting is @ 50%,L.P.F on 320,H.P.F on 0, Bass-boost on 0...
