Aoa,
I have kind of inherited my fathers mehran. meaning im the one who is supposed to get her fixed and i know nothing about its parts and pierces and where to get them.im from Lahore. its a 1998 . the steering wheel is busted and so is the dashboard. the headlights are so dim then even cd 70's are better same with backlights. what i wanted to ask was where can i get these stuff and how much will it cost

The kind of issue you're pointing out seem cosmetic. The headlight, for example, should only cost you new bulbs - Rs 500-1000 and perhaps cleanup of the headlight housing, another Rs 500-1000 cost.

The dashboard might be repairable, and the steering wheel might just need a stitched cover.

Point being, you're new to working on cars, don't let mechanics fool you into larger than necessary bills.
