they were banned once, we still got them, dunno if they r banned these days or not 
u sure u dont get anything other than PTV? thats bad, thr r many better pakistani channels, u wont notice much diff cuz most of them are flooded with soups, thou u should get pakistani music channels, the musik, aag, pakistani MTV/indus music. lots of new good stuff,
