Hesitation problem

I have Mehran 2010 with mileage 112000 KM. I bought it brand new. Now recently I have been facing hesitation problem both on low and high speed. I then took it to a local workshop for engine tuning and general checkup. The senior mechanic told me that carburetor need service with charges of Rs 1000. I told him that first I will check car performance after tuning and if problem persist then I do the overhauling of carburetor. After driving I found no improvement. So please advice me should I go for carburetor service or problem is due to some other fault.

I am from Lahore. I always do car tuning from Abid tuning center in LDA flats near Faisal town road 03008109402. I have been going to them for the last 7 years and they never cheated me. Just assume that there is no electrical problem then what defects can be with the carburetor. Is there some dust particles blocking the jets or is it some mechanical problem. Can carburetor cleaner and fuel additives do the trick to resolve hesitation issue.

hesitation at throttle is Bad Ignition timing issue.
bad fuel mixture will result in smoke puff or petrol smell at exhaust, bogging down.

Mine is facing the same i have done 20000 kms approx, last month got it tuned from suzuki 3s. all other noises have gone and engine has become smooth. but the hesitation on pickup is still there like when u r climbing on bridge in 3rd with ac on and u press accelerator....nothing happens and it doesnt picks speed , sometime it picks up speed very slowly

or while normal driving u press accelerator, car responds very slowly. for this i opened the plastic air flow pipe and inspected the throttle body.... it goes like this.

i bet the sensor behind this are also clogged.....will go to my mechanic and get it serviced.
