You got it! Gonna buy basically a gsf bandit 400, and desire that extra torque more than the petrol savings, lol! But still..

As per HHO concern yes it’s increases fuel average but If managed by decreasing fuel ratio mingling with H2o to tuned engine at stoichiometric condition otherwise you will no results , in fact HHO kit is harmful for engine until the H2O gas purified by moisture fumes of water.

The mechanics do all the work for fitting these things in, and setting them, so all the problems that you have listed, acan be eliminated by them; right?

HHO kits are a SCAM, whether installed on a bike, car, or camel.

Everything is not scam.
Camels are born with multiple H-O-H kits installed at various internal systems. They have survived since quite a few million years.

Internal systems installed by the OEM are okay, whether on camels or bikes. It is only the aftermarket installations that are the scam, both on camels and on bikes.

I have experimented running engine only using HHO 15 years back , the kit by using altered LPG low pressure regulator, the engine ran perfectly until external battery drained out, it is not actually scam because H2O gas is highly flammable, why not H2O cars in the market it’s another debate. But it’s true engine can ran even only H2O depended
