Washed my car just the simple way with meguire's( do not know how to spell) wash m wax shampoo. Now it could really do with a nice polish job.
@fouad bhai, sir nice to you have come across you after such a long break. Also, we'll be taking delivery of a 9th Gen. Civic in white most probably soon inshAllah. Thought i must update you on things.

And sir you have done a outstanding on this civic. I hope to gain some valuable info. Regarding detailing once i get the new car.

Well what do you know. Our beloved @309 after a very long time. Congrats on getting a 9th Gen Civic. Still a better choice than the current Corolla (no debates please). And what a lovely photograph. Two 8th Gen Reborns in a single frame. Brings back memories of the Viper family back in the day. Do get the vehicle detailed and sealed immediately after delivery.

Okay, now back to the point. IMHO, your car needs to undergo the following treatment irrespective of the brands (that could be discussed later):-

1. De-Contamination Wash
2. Clay Bar Treatment
3. De-Contamination Wash
4. Medium Cut Compound, Polish with a DA Polisher
5. Sealant application then buff off
6. Keep car away from rain/water, dust storm, direct sunlight for at least 12 hours. Do not wipe off during this time
7. Apply any good quality hybrid wax
8. If possible wash and wax it every 10 days initially (4-5 times)

A short cut is to find some professional who could either do this service for you or do a glass coat job.

Rs.34,000/- with shipping. Covered by authorized distributor's one year warranty under a stamped warranty card. Opted for this model because of its newer, more efficient technology resulting into low cost of ownership. It has a water cooled system instead of an air cooled one so (Inshallah) longer service life, low noise and lesser heat generation and robust build as expected from an over engineered German product. But it does not mean that the K2 or K3 are any less. They are adequately capable and robust for routine operation.

MASHALLAH nice ride you got... Toqeer regarding protection, it is only available at 3M car care, and all others who are claiming that we do car protection also, they are liars.. they used cheap products to make your car bling bling when you receive, but after some time all gloss went away...

Check 3M car care center in your area, if its not in Abha, than you can do it from 3M car care center Jeddah.

Second solution is detail your car from Detail Plus (تلميع الساطع) and than purchase products are do it all by yourself. For AutoGlym, Megs and Turtle products you can visit SACO World.

I'd just like to add one thing for Toqeer. When you get it done once, purchase your own stuff and do the usual detailing which will pay you in the long run. Plus the items purchased will be your assets in times to come.
