Can anyone help me to confirm which HID is best , as i have black paper on lights ( smog ) and current light is very dim

Do not go for HID'S. They will produce a lot of glare. Also, agar black paper lagaya Hai toh Suraj (sun) lagwa lain headlights mai phir brightness sahi ho Jaye hi.
