High Milage Prius 2007,2010, 2011 buying decision support

Hello Pakwheelers,
I have a budget of 22 lacs (2.2 million) and want to have a sedan (boot/Trunk required). Fuel economy is a concern. I travel a total of 40 km everyday within city (Islamabad). I see that Prius 2007, 2010, 2011 are available in this price range. However, their milage is very high. Most of them are around or above 150,000 Km already. Some are already over 200,000 km. I will be going to Lahore maybe twice a year only.
I feel that such an old and high milage Prius will come with a set of troubles too. Can someone advice what I need to be careful of while buying? especially, what is a list of spare parts which I shall expect to replace within a period of 6-12 months so that it gets reconditioned and can be driven for a couple of years without any breakdowns?
If you can advice about the prices of those parts (in Islamabad/Rawalpindi), it will help me to estimate my budget.

Old hybrids are not recommended as they have probably outlived their lives and major items like battery, engine are probably well worn out. I would suggest to buy a new car. Suzuki Wagon R would be a very good choice. If you're worried about luggage carrying capacity then a roof carrier will take care of that. An old car will give you unnecessary headache and drain your wallet

Battery pack and ABS are two common things that would require replacing which are now easily available but are expensive keep 200k (used parts) in mind for replacement and you can never be sure when they might go out again.
Higher mileage Prius engine burn oil and if the wrong type/viscosity oil is used then this would require serious engine work. Also this is a common issue that was somewhat rectified in 2014.
i also drive a 2010 Prius 1.8 and have spent a considerable amount of money on its repairs and things come up out of the blue. If you can deal with these issues then consider getting a Prius otherwise look for other options.

Honda city is a good option and also gives good mileage as sedan
