I own corolla 2007 using CNG with the odometer reading 282,931 currently... Using CNG in this engine condition have adverse effect on engine? Should i use high octane,if yes, frequency pls?

Better to keep it on petrol. Usually carbon deposits come on valves due to regular use of cng and also injectors end up early......
What about high octane?
Ecu is cored on conventional fuel, mixture will disturbe by using high octane.
