High RPM of City 2017 when cold start

Since 4 days, when i cold start the car or after 5 hours when i start the car, the rpm shoots to 1500 to 1100 rpm with blue cold light. This never happened before. It only started happening 4 days ago. Need some guidance and help. My car is only 2900km old.

You may not noticed before it is normal, mine is 1200 km driven and do the same.

May be. But as soon as the blue light is gone, the rpm is back to normal. Man i thought i have f ed up my car.

Blue light indicates cold engine oil. Rpm gets higher to bring engine oil to it's optimum temperature

Don't rev it high until blue light goes away

You car is perfectly fine. I owned 3 Honda City and all of them does the same.
