High speed internet in northern area and chitral

Hi friends, as schools are closed due to covid, and kids classes are online, i was thinking to plan either gilgit hunza or chital side tour with out disturbing kids online classes
Regarding same i hv few Questions, i will be thankful if you can put your input to execute my plan
1.Can i find high speed internet in gilgit, hunza and chital
2. Does Jazz, telenor or Ufone 4G work there, if No then
3. is there any sim, network operator who provides good internet service so i can buy same and dont depend on hotel's internet
4.are these area accessible in Dec-Jan
