this happened with me last month.
i use my car on daily basis driving approx 50 kms up down to office. its a 2016 model mehran with battery already replaced last week.
My car was showing weird behaviors. like when i start in the morning, it takes longer selfs, the clocks resets, the radio distorts, and at night times, when i apply brakes the headlights fluctuate. when auto fan kicks in the car takes a jerk. the central locking locks unlocks itself. i was worried but not getting time to get my electrician.
so i went to a mechanic shop, and told the story, he called the electrician boy to check. he went in the car and after seeing under the dash, he said, the fuse box and the assembly are gone and needed replacement.
at that instance i got a feeling that this is one of the guy who rips, so i left and called my electrician and went to his shop. he listened, checked few things with his meter, inspected the alternator, checked the load and it was 11.5 on full load.
Bring some wire, buy two thimbles and some tie clips. He simply made thimbles on both end of the wire and connected one to the +ve of battery and the other with the alternator terminal.
the problem gone. the battery load again changed to 13.8 on full load. he said this happens with suzuki wiring provided by the shitzuki company. it gets weak due to heat. since then its more than a month used and no weird behaviors happened.
so guys always get two opinions, get some info before going to mechanics and then get inspected.
