He entered the codes in the computer, that's it? Is there anything else to be done? Actually these people don't know the technical language, they say we did settings of injectors on computer, I saw him enter codes for each injector in computer/tab.

Well, you are right, the problem was there and during opening and closing of head, they slipped few bolts, forgot to properly seal, causing mixing of oil and diesel, and a lot of other problems.
Now since these things are done, now it's working fine, but slightly sluggish or don't know, they are saying it's working fine now, but to me, it still seems like 10km/h slow on the same RPM where it used to be 10km/h higher.
Last time they said it's fine, I asked to go for air sensors, when they opened the turbo air sensor it was clogged, then they cleaned, maybe it's bit better.
I still feel like there problem with sensor or cleaning or parts through which air flows. Or don't know,
I'm trying to drive for a week and check the fuel average, if it's lower then will get back to him, if it's fine then "mera wehem" lol

And even toyota dealer ship also asked to replace all these parts, though they asked for like 10 times the cost I beared while this service was done.

It will be part of your exhaust system. Larger cylindrical diameter pipe for a short section like this:

If it's clogged, it may also cause loss of power/sluggish feel

I cleaned that exhaust system a month ago but a lot happened after that, that might be possibility, I'll ask mechanic next week.
I mean the word cat converter wasn't mentioned but my last mechanic did clean the exhaust system.

Finally, I could say my truck is back to life.
Last step was to perform cleaning of air passage like air sensor, filter and the path from which it moves and exhaust pipe and now I can say it's working to it's full potential. I have to make a long drive on it though but it's working great now, Alhamdulillah!

I am not sure what was done because I wasn't there but it was repaired what I was told, for a very nominal amount as compared to its purchase price because most mechanics would ask you to change the turbo.

Hello everyone,
Finally (though I am late replying) my Hilux is back to life, Alhamdulillah.
Overall, the problem was in the tracks of diesel and air. I had them both cleaned (anything related to that like sensors, parts, exhaust etc). I have replaced injectors of course.
I've read many threads but mostly end up without the final confirmation from the owner whether the problem is solved or not and the reason.
I guess when this happens, it's simply because of dirty diesel flowing through everywhere, so one has to clean all the diesel and airflow passage/track (or whatever you call it), every sensor, every part and replacement if needed).
The only way you can have your Hilux back. It was working fine Alhamdulillah; I had a small issue with the check light (engine) and RPM wasn't revving past 1.25 and when checked that was because of the crankshaft and camshaft (had to replace the sensors) and now everything is fine. Alhamdullilah. The mechanic was a more like friend so he helped me get my truck to every mechanic/electrician (maybe I got better and cheaper results because of his reference), otherwise, most people would not guarantee that replacing injectors would help (although just replacement wasn't enough). The major part is from Wahid Ustaad (again his reference), the link is given above. I don't have any personal reference because it was from another person, and he took my truck there.

What machine do you think can do this job for you? Robot arm? Bro it's calibrated at 90-95 around 0.7inch of bolt excursion outside. If you calibrate it wrongly it will pop up a code. Range performance error.
The higher you go it gives code and on zero position it also gives the code after drive of sometime. So do the bolt excursion to 0.7inches but on zero position the turbo should be giving boost on idle around 7-8psi if u floor it slightly on idle. Adjustment comes in to action after you recieve boost. Boost can be measured with manual boost gauge.

And for your information let me tell you I am in to turbos and superchargers since 2013 so have a very better analysis and problem solving skills compared to hit and trial awaam. I can even help you out here or on WhatsApp even if you want to do a diy

I'll contact you soon. As per my knowledge VN turbo need proper calibration for which there are special bench machines. Incorrect calibration would raise code as you mentioned but it could even break turbo vanes and lead to significant damage.
