This is my first post and would appreciate the opinions of respected PW seniors.
Hilux 1KD 2010 Thai model automatic
It feels like I'm driving the truck while applying hand break while at low RPM till 2-3
When it goes beyond 3 or I floor the pedal, it takes 5-10 seconds then it shoots to its max power like it would normally do within a second of applying full throttle.
It seems like the same power or speed I'm achieving now at 1.5 RPM was previously achieved at 1 RPM.
Second, it throws a lot of black smoke even while at lower RPM like 1.5-2 RPM
Third: no check light or error codes, even parameters of all the readings like MAP, MAF, Commonrail etc everything is fine.
History (within last 2-3 months): Injectors serviced due to Irani diesel, tank cleaned, diesel pump serviced, turbo changed (kabuli), air filter, oils etc everything either changed serviced apart from the engine itself which is healthy.
Please help, very desperate, and the mechanics got nothing, only saying to change injectors, I did change the injectors to Kabuli ones but the problem persists, so I changed back to its own injectors. Also please refer any good electrician in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

UPDATE:
while changing the injectors back (since the Kabuli injectors didn't do any good), a good mechanic's helper didn't properly apply the seal (gasket/jain in the head cover), now the updated condition:
Oil and diesel are being mixed and sprayed out of the seal right side (below EGR), I can't drive the car because if I stop at a signal for like 1 minute, there's a pool of diesel+ oil on the road. I just parked the car.
Toyota said: we'll do the head gasket thing and a few bolts are free, so leakage will go away, then we'll start with MAP, and MAF sensors, then we'll change turbo, diesel filter, clean fuel tank and huge list of things. If that didn't help, then we'll change the injectors too. (this is like we'll change the engine and the problem will go away)
Another mechanic said: your tubo is not good because of the mixing of oil and diesel, turbo is also spraying oil out of it, also your engine head is making some sound, we'll open that too and change injectors.
the readings from the computer I guess are also pointing to turbo and injectors.
I already changed the turbo and serviced injectors (within the last three months). What's the surety that the again kabuli turbo will not mess up within a month or two? and injectors Kabuli are also not working (I changed once, then changed back), mechanics say, you have to change injectors more than once and try, the injectors don't work on the first try. Sometimes you don't know you even change injectors like 8 times and there will be one set that will work.
Can you please help me with the injectors and turbo?
which ones are good? where to buy? Kabuli? New Japanese? New Chinese? I already spent a lot with no outcome, and now changing the same parts again.
Sorry for asking a lot, I am heartbroken about this truck, as I spent a lot on it, just to make sure it would go along with the next 1-1.5 lac km, now I'm also tight with funds spending a lot already. So I want to know the exact problem and solution, like change this or these two things and it will be fine. Spare parts guarantee? Price etc
Our mechanics just do hits and trials without any outcomes. Or maybe the ones I'm facing are the same.
