Hilux 1kd submerged in water issues

after retrieving the vehicle (turbo+intercooler) from water, the engine was worked on after two months because conrod arm had problem with three valves too. Computer box replaced too. However, after scanning, it showed multiple problems P0047, P0102, P0122 (Later changed to P0123!) AND P1601. The engine is vibrating very badly at idle (Idle rev is below 1000rpm).

There is water and mositure inside engine . It needs to be taken off the mounts and dried.

the engine was done...you mean electricals? I noticed too break lights lighting up on its on!

Was it dried properly? I think it needs to be taken out again and washed with karocene oil

Also I believe that besides engine the whole electrical wiring and connections need to be examined, including chassis ground connections.
