It's already a straight pipe.
Originally there is no suppressor in LN series.
A straight pipe only

shall i get rid of it as well?

If the suppressor at the end is blocked by carbon then yes you will feel a bit torque but you must compromise the hissing sound after it's removal.

exhaust is all good and airflow is tiptop
but, if i remove, leaving it with a straight pipe with nothing at the end.. just the pipe from engine till the end
will it effect:
mileage?
performance?
engine health?
cuz, this is my first ever project

Usually 3 L and 5 L engines NA have a straight pipe only from engine till end.
But in few cases where pickup is make for SUV purpose suppressors are added to feel it like a car.

You can remove the mid suppressors and last resonator.

Make a straight pipe till the end it will make the exuast a little bit louder but not like petrol car you will not even feel difference in noise when windows are closed.

HP difference in a NA engine is not noticeable.
I have downpipe my Diahatsu Rocky 2.8 diesel DL engine.
Bottom end is same where as mid range and throttle response in higher gears have improved.

Yes you can.

Response will be fast.
But top end will be bad.

Best pipe size for your engine will be 2.5inches.
