If somebody offers to sell me a Hilux Surf 94 body fitted on Hilux double cab frame 94, where is the bug? Is this legally allowed?

Hmmm! But guess what both of the share the same chassis or frame as you may call it. I just wonder what is the difference, coz the Surf is based on the hliux pickup.
The rear suspension is different. Surf has coil springs and shocks whereas the pickup hasn't
Suspensions are interchangable, but I guess he has changed the body but not the suspensions, that was give away, lol!
