Hello Guys I have a toyota hilux vigo 2006 thai model first owner. The car has done 130k and now is giving me problems.
Black blow, reducing oil, very loud turbo whistle at more than 3200 rpm and power loss, if i go above 140 with full throttle check light comes over and the car goes in limp mode( rpm doesnt go higher then 2k). Sometimes i get starting problems or a very long self, Sometimes while idling with the A/c on the car starts to drop its rpm unusually as if the engine is starving. I got my injectors cleaned, fuel tank cleaned, Egr cleaned.
Now that i have kept the situation in front of you guys i need a suggestion of whether i should go for complete engine rebuild, new turbo and new injectors or should i get a complete 1gr fe with gearbox.
