Hks muffler without downpiping.Any issue in islamabad

everyone.
I have an alto works with hks muffler (fake obviously).I need to know,can if face an issue with the traffic police islamabad.
only muffler us installed not proper downpiping.

85 db is pretty high.Still ill check and if its greater ill remove it surely

And 7.5 metres is rly far.ITP waale db meter silencer me mand dete hen

so just to be safe i measured it rly close t9 the silencer.It was max 78 and 75db normal.ITP waalon ne toh yehi karba he.After just 1 to 2 metres the sound dampens and max was 65 db.
