Homage HTD-1211 Inverter fan problem

I bought homage htd-1211 solar inverter few days ago, Its working fine, but problem is with its cooling fan, it is always ON, no matter it is charging, or discharging, or standby, and It's very noisy.

Is it inverter problem or default stock setting?
I tried to call homage customer support, but they are not picking, so I posted here, May be, you guys can help?

I have seen many homage inverters noisless
Fan should stop when inverter is not in use

inverter is still at use as its avr kicks in and regulates voltage even when its not functioning in inverter mode

yea i got homage 1214 solar.. i got same problem, even when battery is fully charged UPS fan keep running on full speed and its bit noisy... i have called homage service center they said its normal, our new system have that system...
its bit annoying but now i have to live with this...
2nd i have also search some more on internet and found that also depend on UPS temperature, at a certain temp fan start running even battery is fully charged...
maybe in winters it ll stop running

I purchased Homage 1214 solar & its fan is also constantly on .. in every condition... it is currently winters & normal temperatue is below 10 degrees...but the fan is constantly on ... any soulution you found out for this issue??

There is no solution, it is always on by default, which is really odd.

Meny apky subky reply dekhain hen ismy 2 cheezain ya to jo batteries hun use ker rhy hoty hen wo week hojati tab bhi fan on rehtabhe and 2nd is this jub fan ka ic kharab hojata he tab bhibye masla rehta he i suggested ky app ups ki complain krain agr warranty me he otherwise kisi local shop sy repair kerwa lain agr app khud ups open ker sakty hen to fan ki wire disconnect ker dain apka masla hal hojai or ye boht he easy way he jazakAllah
