Home construction related - corner doors & windows

Salaam Everyone, This is home construction related post if there is a specific forum then damn i couldnt find it...I would like to know the minimum offset from corners for door & window openings in brick masonry wall. (in short wooden doors & aluminium windows are to be installed at the corners of a room.)
