wow thats great..please tell us more in detail which parts you made your self and what capabilities is it capable of? thumbs up

This ECU has following features
1) Adjustable Idling Speed.
2) Cold Start feature for better cranking in winters. Just starts in first Attempt.
3) Fully Controllable Ignition Timing (Advance/Retire) no need for Advancer in case of CNG.
4) Injector Duty Cycle is Programmable (Rich/Lean).
5) Cooling FAN can be set at any Temperature.
6) Fuel Pump runs only if Engine is Running.
7) One can tune it for racing to extract maximum output from the Engine.
8) It can be set on Economical Mode for Extra Fuel Saving.
9) Engine Maximum RPM can be limited at any setpoint.
10) etc

would you be able to mass produce a Generic ECU which can be used in notorious VITZ & CULTUS. with a variable parameter for Ignition ??

I made one a few years ago....PIC16 gets slow when you get 4 cylinders working on it, at higher RPMs that is.....

The Engine is from "Suzuki Jimny 660 JB23" (Japanese Model 2005)

I made one a few years ago....PIC16 gets slow when you get 4 cylinders working on it, at higher RPMs that is.....

driving a 4-cylinder Engine is straight forward than a 3-cylinder Engine, in 4-cylinder Engine u can use "waste spark" Technique

dude PAK SUZUKI is not interested in Converting their Mehran to EFI, they r pretty happy with Old 80's Technology.

Why don't you make an On-Board Diagnostics device, or OBD.

OBD systems give the vehicle owner or a repair technician access to state of health information for various vehicle sub-systems. The amount of diagnostic information available via OBD has varied widely since the introduction in the early 1980s of on-board vehicle computers, which made OBD possible. Early instances of OBD would simply illuminate a malfunction indicator light, or MIL, if a problem was detected—but would not provide any information as to the nature of the problem. Modern OBD implementations use a standardized digital communications port to provide real-time data in addition to a standardized series of diagnostic trouble codes, or DTCs, which allow one to rapidly identify and remedy malfunctions within the vehicle.

i ve never even heard of anyone doing anything even close to it! must ve been a very tiring job... i never knew it was actually possible to make an ECU this way... you're first one to do that successfully... hats off for u sir...!!!

you can simplify this to a TBI setup, that way you can easily sell this as a conversion kit to EFI, you would need to fabricate a holder that bolts in place of the carburettor and has an injector, a throttle blade, the TPS and the ISCM,

btw what kind of motor are you utilizing to stablize idle speed, and how many pulses are you reading for the crank and how many for the cam and how is your system determining TDC - missing tooth, coinciding pulse?

I was also a part in something similar - made good money from it too.

The Engine is from Suzuki Jimny 660 JB23 (Japanese Model 2005).
in my case its a Unipolar Stepper Motor for IAC. to identify missing tooth i have developed my own algorithms after such a tedious JOB. as u know all depends on it
