yaar honda 100 say ziada low standard bike nahi hai kisi bhi main company ki , both suzuki and junoon have better standards, indeed honda 100 is the most pathetic bike in its class, no pic and top speed is also poor , hardl touches 100 in favourable conditions
and least durable bike . aur EURO II model may bhi koi change nahi ki *** sirf sticker add kiya gaya hai .

About ur concerns about its durability is the same thing that i have observed too... but upto my knowledge those problems have been solved in newer models..

@ umar , yar sirf durability ko kya karna , cd 100 not only past the EURO2 sticker but also make some changes according to this standard and some other to improve this new model but

my friend got new suzuki and it has the sticker pasted of EURO2 , but u can see and admire that even not single thing, part, etc is not changed bu they paste the sticker to following the EURO2 aspect

if abbout Top speed than its very hard to run bike upto 100km/h in the city area, and my avg riding speed will b 60-70km/h and i think most of the people have this ratio too...

Firstly brother Euro 2 is an environment pollution safety standard, and Bdw euro 2 is a very basic and low level nothing exceptional...

my friend got new suzuki and it has the sticker pasted of EURO2 , but u can see and admire that even not single thing, part, etc is not changed bu they paste the sticker to following the EURO2 aspect

Some bikes are already producing low emissions due to good technology used so they donot need a catalyst to reduce emissions, which is incase of CD100..
Suzukis techonolgy origianlly pass euro 2 standars so they dont have 2 add any device, Honda cd100 needs tht device to reduce harmfull gasses.. So no medals with CD, Suzuki proves btter here too.

yaar im not talking abt that Euro II works or not in Cd 100, im talking abt the fact that the quality of EURO II model is the same as that of the previous model, , still it has faulty ring pistons, and performance is nothing exceptional at all ,
and if u talk abt average, my bike RAVI piaggio 125cc gives me 45km/ liter in local at a speed of 70km/h in 5th gear, and on long route it easily produces 55 to 60 km /liter
if i drive my bike on 55km/h in 5th gear than it gave me 50 km/liter in local, now where do honda 100 stands? top speed is 115 to 120 km/h of my bike
so according to these stats its far better to go for piaggio and if ur a lil short on cash u can get suzuki , which is a nice comprmise btw economy and durability

I bought CD 100 2 days ago. It was set to run on Reserved Fuel when I purchased. I took it to a PSO petrol station nearby and poured fuel of worth Rs. 100 but forgot to unset the Reserved Fuel option and make it ON. I ran the bike in economy speed and was hoping to cover at least 50 km but the fuel seemed consumed at around 22km because I was unable to start it after 22 km easily. Is that normal?

The Honda guys showed me a chart where people claimed to cover 80km with one litre when ran Honda CD 100 in economy speed.

Also, I am sick of this kick start thing.

Don't have the power to kick start. Wish I could sell it and buy a bike with self-start capability. I bought it for around 71k and the Milage = 55km. Any suggestions for selling this one and buying a new one?

i myself have used Yamaha Yd100 (Yama4) and its the best one with compare to other 100cc 4 Stroke bikes.
i have a ride on my bike from Lahore to Burewala it touchs 115km/h easily and fuel consumption is 52 to 55km/l
it was itroduced in 2004 and the engine technology is latest than honda
honda engine technology is 80s very old

honda ka piston ring bohat jaldi dead hojata hai and ye kuch months k baad hi
smoke dena start kar deta hai

well it seems that kick start is a very big science for pakistani motorcycle manufacturers hand they havent started it giving except suzuki gs 150,
i have a new asia Na 70cc chinese bike, after 6years of proven durability it still starts with self easily , no problem at all
but here in local bikes self start is considered a luxury which a common man cant afford

honda 100cc ka tu belkul maza nahi hai . is ka weight zeyada hai . pick bulkul nahi hai . speed 100 say aupar nahi jati . laiken its comfortable .

segmentation( product differentiation with reference to different groups or targeted customers)

one person like one product and second one dislike that one;
but some product's performance and users recommendations make or identified the real or quality product or brand.

as i have uploaded my bike's pics very earlier and now i expressing my experience and words with u about it;

Honda 100 EURO 2
model= 2009
mileage= 16000 km

Results;
fuel consumption avg= 45-55 (in city)
superb comfortable bike riding
still stylish
top speed= 105km/h (i have ride)
still have same pic
but some engine noises increased but i have seen all other brands in this problems too; like junoon 100, suzuki 110.
