Honda S110 was an excellent bike for those who maintained it properly. It was sold till 1981-82, so you are talking about at least a 3 decades old bike. A lot of things don't matter for such old bikes.
Why do you want to buy this bike? I mean, how would you use it? If you have not used and kept this bike previously, I would not recommend it to you, for normal use.
My brother has a running 1980 S110 Benly(Japanese model) with over 400,000 km on it, I rode it for almost 200,000 km. (And yes thats 4 lakh and 2 lakh kilometers.) Everything except the carburettor and speedometer and headlight is original. The original speedometer and headlight was one piece and is not available.
Maintenance and repair is not a problem. You would have to find an independent mechanic who has worked on it, Honda workshops are almost useless for this bike.
Engine parts are available, and many CD70 and CG125 body parts can be used.
Compared with a C70 of the same year, below 50 kph about 10% - 15% more fuel, over 50 kph the same as C70. Don't compare it with 2010 CD70.
You are buying the cheapest four-stroke bike available, does anything other than a price tag of Rs.8,000/- matters??? (S110 in reasonable running condition should not cost more than that.)
The bike has the worst headlight I have ever seen on a four-stroke bike, other than that its great.

A picture of the bike at Lalazar, 1990 or 91.
