Main aik bike lena chahta hun 2018 model jo mianwali mn hai or applied for hai, kia us bike ko Rwp ya Isb ka number lag sakta hai, or 5 sal se jo registration nhi hoi uska koi fine ho ga. Kindly guide plz
Better to take all the documents to isl/pindi, register it there (may need an agent b/c of no physical verification). Late registeration fine will be there, though not too much.
