Honda 125 Tappet settings

i want to know what are disadvantages of lose tappet of honda 125. i heard if tappets are lose it will effect engine.

Tabbets are the nut/bolt adjustment connected to the rocker arms. If bolt is loose valve will not fully open thus engine will not perform optimum and also make noise.
If bolt is tight too much, valve will not close making the engine loose compression.
