Honda 70 Headlight

Is it possible to replace Honda 70 headlight with Yamaha YBR 125z headlight, with RTD M02E LED?

You don't need to change the whole headlight. Will look awkward. You can only install the led.
But yes you can though.

this RTD LED is 35 watts, stock halogen is 25 watts, is it advisable to use 35 watt LED?

Upgrade the battery with it.
Will work fine.
