Honda 80k inspection needed or not

Salam,
I recently bought my first car Honda city 2016, 82k driven. I went to honda before buying car for general inspection, Report was all good, But they told me to get 80k inspection done.

I have got some mixed reviews, Some has suggested to visit honda for 80k checkup and some has suggested me to visit local mechanic as honda charge high price.
I called honda dealership and asked for the price of 80 k inspection. They told me it would be 14k for general tuning etc and 20 thousand for fuel filter and 16k for spark plug.

Question: Should i visit honda or local mechanic for tuning and other stuff. If visit honda so what major part should i get replaced, as they suggest many things to get replaced ?

At 80k
1. You should definitely get your gear oil changed.
2. Breaks checked and serviced.
3. Ideally the fuel filter should be changed but it can last about 30k-40k more but at the risk of giving you problems at an inappropriate location/time. Always use original parts. Ofcourse original is expensive but worth it.
4. Get your serpentine belt checked.
5. And the usual engine oil and filters changed.
6. Throttle body cleaned and Spark plugs can be inspected but this can also be postponed to 1lac. But at 1 lac spark plugs definitely need to be changed even if they look fine.

You should go to honda as they'll do everything to spec. It will cost you more but well worth it in the long run. Street side mechanics are only good at lip service and if given the right instructions to what to do.
And I repeat again, always use original parts, original parts will last you longer and will be on spec so will give you a better experience.

Thanks. Also my car is giving average of 11 it's manual variant. Do i need to do something regarding that or will it be covered in 80k inspection as well ?
