how much honda accord 2.4 liter 4 cylinder gives mileage in city and on highway..please guide me best

Accord CL9 gives me 8-9 km/L in city driving and 10-12 km/L on highway.
My Accord CL9 gives me 6-7 within city for short distance driving (15-30km approximately) - 7-9 for within city long distance driving (30-60km+) on Total Excellium fuel (recently started using).
