is your car on CNG? If it is then your car's throttle body must have been "adjusted" by the CNG techie (*******), they move the throttle stop screw which then advances the signal of the TPS. It also disturbs the MAP signal. Your transmission is controlled by the ECU and has no pressure cable, all shifts are done by the ECU and the primary inputs from the driver are the TPS and MAP sensor. Which have been disturbed.
and hook a scanner to the OBD-2 port behind the ashtray - see if the transmission has set some codes.
Also mention - is your car's speedometer working?
