Hi! i am sorry if i am being not able to help but i myself is looking for parts for cf3 too. I need ABS module (not the pump) and my auto transmission is also starting to slip 2nd gear, so no idea what should i do :(. This post might help me too

There are some issue which occurs to slip the gear if your car gear valve body is choked or solenoid sensor need cleaning , dirty gear oil,or last very hard decision change the gear

I went to shershah 2 weeks back and there was a shop with many f18 engines on the front, maybe you should visit there, i am sure you will be able to find one there

i got in touch with a gear specialist near buffer zone (namak bank), the person's name is ovais, he told me k gear khulne k baad hee pta chalayga k kya hosakta hai masla, he smelt the gear oil and he told me k clutch ki smell arahi hai oil se. the only reason i am confused about the whole situation is that some times the shifting is flawless, lagta hee nhi k koi masla hai aur kabhi kabhi gear slip krta hai...

The problems that cause such are usually in the pressure control valve body in the transmission, sometimes the hydraulic switches start to stick and dont confirm to the ecu.

Its a task requiring complete teardown and analysed by someone who has worked on Honda automatics in the past.

Apparently the car is running flawlessly without doing anything. it never slipped a gear since then. I even took it to sukkur/khairpur approx 1000km trip, car drove without any issue Alhamdulillah. So i guess the issue is swiped under the rug...
