Okay firstly, it's a car that's at least 10-12 years old, so it will be in need of regular maintenance no matter how clean it is.
NEVER go to a local Honda 3S dealer, they'll rip you off and probably cheat you in some cases as well. Nasir Autos in Karachi is a good dealer of genuine Honda parts, if you'll ever need any help, I could even send you parts from here if there's any issue in availability in lahore.
A friend's CL9 had it's engine mounts shot, I changed them with kabuli ones as per his request and those were for 25k, so they aren't cheap.
Suspension is cheap when it comes to cost, however you can easily check if a car has poor suspension or healthy suspension before buying it.
Another thing that needs to be noted is that K-engines usually start consuming a bit of oil when they've done over 90,000km, especially when you're hitting VTEC a lot, so a compression check would be nice but more than that, regular check of engine oil level will be required, you never know how much your Accord has been driven even if it's showing 60,000km on the odo.
Engine compression can be done at home only, all you need is a compression gauge which is available easily, 180-200 is a good compression rating for each cylinder, the minimum is 130 when you're in trouble. No need to send your car to Honda, just forget that's even an option.
Lastly, rotate the steering and inspect the axle 'boots' and LCA Bushes, you can easily do that without jacking up the car or anything, it'll give you a good idea of how healthy the components are. Axles really rely on their rubber boots.
