I posted it somewhere earlier..I had similar discussion with a guy in "Atlas Honda" about what's their plans for Altis 1.6 competition and he said...what competition...he remarked there is no competition in 1.8 segment now...nothing much required...no Civic facelift; no price reduction, no feature addition. I cross questioned him about possibility of 1.5L iVTEC City launch and he informed that there is nothing new happening in Altas Honda.

Yes 1.6 Altis M/T on papers is better than Civic iVTEC M/T and 1.6 Altis A/T better than Civic iVTEC A/T; they have got goodies that Civic iVTEC lacks...but its nothing new; 1.8 Altis M/T had more goodies than Civic iVTEC M/T. With all these things on papers in reality; one who wants to buy Civic will buy Civic and one who wants to buy Altis will buy Altis

Agreed!!! exactly ma point.... prices does'nt matter if you are a die Hard fan of any brand... as Mubeen Shahid... if there is any topic against Honda... its impossible he havent posted in it.... no harsh feelings any one!!!

not really cuz 2million for a civic oriel n then atlas decreasing only 30thousand for it is not justice.....(the price of ivtec mt was 16,60 which was increased to to 17,25 before budget and now they are decreasing 30thousand) indirectly they increased the prices....it may not b long before u might also be considering ur fanboyism for civic over its value for money (due to the way honda atlas is acting)(A)

u cannot just say that i am die hard civic fan so i will by a civic likewise i am a die hard corolla fan so i want a corolla there are a lot things a person has to consider before buying a car for each person they are different......but one thing shuld always be kept in mind that the thing u r paying for is it worth it?

bro do remeber civic is 1.8 n altis is 1.6 now :D...nd agar 1.6 ki price mein 1.8 miley to y not a civic ! .. its much more spacious then rollla nd its consumption is quite low as compared to 1.8 altis ..

i was a fan of altis but not now cuz when i visited toyota showroom nd got a chance to c the altis for the first time i was just heart broken .. cuz there is hell lot of dfrnce bw a civic and the altis ! .. i think civic is much better option over altis according to me.. dont know what the rest think ..

i was not comparing civic wid corolla ....but if civic has 1.8l engine then i'll say corolla is more comfortable,economical n have more features like 6 speed forward n dual vvti engine cruisetronic in less price...

but still if i have to chose between corolla n civic ..i would definitely chose civic...

i was talking about price difference between civic n corolla altis ...u have to accept corolla takes a lead in price difference...check the price difference
