I went to Honda Downtown for 1000km inspection because it's near my home and I found hundreds of positive reviews on Google Maps.
Even though there's not much work done during 1000km service but still sharing my experience based on what I saw.
Overall it was a good experience. First good thing I saw is the use torque wrenches for tighting the bolts which was surprising for me because I never saw any dealership using these.
Seondly the service area is much bigger than Honda Avenue which means more vehicles could be serviced at a time.
The customer waiting area had a screen showing progress of work done on each vehicle. The progress bar moves forward as the work is done. This way you don't need to check with service manager whether the work is complete.
