its not the same guy owning 1jz... but its his neighbour shop..so he can also have the deal of jz with you...and dude that jz was very big...how are you gonna get it in charade?

And about H22 in charade...theres one guy in pesh he has done it...but has alot of spin issues...i am not sure wether he cut the chasis or not...good thing i have the engine bay pic my frend gave me :

seems to be forcibily fitted in......im sure there would be some serious cutting and welding involved in it, and the spinning is im worried about also....secondly, i once saw a charade that had it's chasis cut to fit in a 1600cc corolla GLi engine and the car used to tremble when speeding over 60km/hr

i dont think that there is any better option other then 4efte for charade...otherwise there are charades wid b16,h22,4afe,4age and d15 vtec engines...

I know um replying to this thread after 4 motnhs but one thing the Engine in Poster's pic is D15B 3 stage Vtec...its SOHC...Its not necessary to have a Vtec Tappet cover for the engine to be Vtec...look at the two solenoids which clearly indicates its a D15B Dual Vtec.

Thats a D15 or D16. It IS a VTEC you can see the VTEC solenoid just above the dizzy
