Honda BRV Vehicle categorized as LTV by Islamabad Excise

I am not so proud Owner of Honda BRV, I noticed on registration Smart Card BRV is Categorized as LTV(Light Weight Transport Vehicle). off course i drive it for personal use. Should my driving license should also be LTV. As i know that LTV license is for Public Transport.

Every vehicle with 4 wheels is characterized as LTV Light Tactical vehicle......more than 4 wheels like buses trucks as HTV Heavy Tactical vehicle........ commercial vehicle have different registration with yellow number plate

well brv is good car, but my previous car was altis toyota, and feels like brv is under power. may be it should have been 1.8 engine, but in this money still its good option. and its fuel consumption is not that good i am getting 10.01 Km/l . back suspension could be more hard as when all 7 seats occupied, its back goes down, but in this price its still good.

it was 1.6. actually when u cross 100 ob Brv it feels u are going too fast, same what i felt above 150 on altis

Altis 1.6 gives below 10 km/l average about speed ur observation is true I replaced the tyres with 215/55 n now upto 120 kmph it feels safe n controlled
