Well in my opinion your mudguards are in good condition as they are Orginal so i prefer you to repair them and get painted it
As for magnet cover, meter,backlight you have to search at Runchorline market this all can be get from there at the cost of cheap
For the seat there is an man name Yousuf in Aurangzaib market he's fabulous in making Honda Old models seats so go check on him maybe he will charge you for the original seat like 2.5k to 3k
