Honda CD 70 2017 model fuel average

I have purchased Honda CD 70 2017 model but its giving fuel average very low maximum 30 km per ltr with 2 persons, while I got tuning oil & filter change but average is very low. Anybody can suggest its reason?

Could you describe it more precisely? Are there any launch problems? Are there any speed fluctuations? If you answer offhand, it looks like a problem with the idle speed control. What is the condition of the adjustment screw? It could also be a problem with the fuel pump.

Check the spark plug color .if found back deposits. You have to adjust fuel mixture to lean. If found whitish then go for rich adjustments, in ideal conditions color should be chocolate redish brown , except this make sure no air intake leaks from carb manifold and choke lever. also make sure tapit settings is accordingly
