I have honda 70 2006 model jo mene 2011 me lya tha or 5 saal tak isne koi masla nahe keya.

Mene last year iska engine banwaya tha jisme piston b change kya tha mechanic ne

Ab bike chalnay m bilkul paani hay koi masla nahe h or dabang bhagti h

The only problem is k iska piston sieze mar jata h running complete karne k bd

2 bar burn hoke sieze hochuka h or ab 3rd time running kar raha hun

Kya koi help kar sakta h k yeh bar bar kyon sieze kar raha h? or iska hal kya hoga?

Your not allowing your bike to breathe. Don't drive too hard and change engine oil on time. It will not seez again.

which oil your using?? should also check the oil pump.Did you installed over size piston?

Problem is not with the piston, its with the cylinder head. Your Kharida is not checking for dissimilarities in your cylinder head. Ask your mechanic if he puts a sleeve into the cylinder every time he changes piston or adds a larger number piston?

If problem remain then first chk valves & don't change piston change cylinder kit complete

Jab piston seize martha ha tab head ki Kia halath hothi ha? Head ma koi kaam karna partha ha apko?

Remove intake valve cover and start bike. Hold the cover an inch or so above its hole and start bike then Rev it slightly Check of oil is coming?

Have you changed connecting rod etc?

Do you have any pictures of the engine inside after seize so we can analyze them?

Check oil pump, oil pump sprocket Jo magnet cover ka neecha hothi ha jo oil pump ko chalathi ha.

Check for vertical play in con rod big and small end.

Yar 2 bar piston ne size mara hay is dafa mene ek mashooor JOHAR k racer ustad mechanic MOHSIN M1 Ko dekhaya hay he usne piston phr change kya or sara saman lagay or uske ilawa OIL PUMP usne change kya keh raha tha oil pump m masla h.

I am still worried k phr na mar jaye sieze kyn k bar bar piston ka karcha hota h honda ka

mene engine rebuild krwaya tha last yar tabse 2 bar piston sieze mar chuka h

Ab mene ek achay mechanic ko dkhaya h called JOHAR KING MOHSIN USTAD

Usne Oil pump change kya hay or piston ka saman wapas se new dala h honda ka

But i am still worried brother k sieze na mar jaye 3rd bar kyn k bar bar saman ka karcha hota h mere.

Baqi yar bike m koi problem nahe hoti ek dham bhagti h .. start b 1st kick per hoti h no missing no issue, bus yeh hota h k oil peene lagti h ya white smoke nikalti h

phr khulwa k dekhata hn to piston size mara hota h or oske oper jalne ka brown carbon melt show hota hay .

Brother i think you have good knowledge but i dont know about any technical things could you please tell me in urdu so that i can guide my mechanic if he has missed something

Kiara do is the one who does metal work with heavy machinery.

Sleeve is the glass (not sheehsa) in the cylinder block his ma piston up and down travel Kartha ha.

If oil pump is changed you shouldn't worry.

Some one said wall leak hne k waja se hota h

Yeh wall leak kya matlab h dost?

piston seized when engine oil isn't sufficient or it's viscosity is too low....and when oil pump stops working then engine oil doesn't goes in the head which increases the temperature (as engine oil is responsible to decrease the friction between moving parts) causes valves to seized.
Temperature goes too high causes the pistons rings and valves to jam because of too much expansion......and melting.
