Honda cd 70 used or china new bike

I have a budget of 50k , is it better to go for a well maintained honda cd 70 in this range or should I go for any zero meter china bike? For me new honda cd 70 is out of my budget

Brand new Is brand new you never know how may chinese low quality parts that used honda must have recieve by now better to go with a brand nee under warranty bike
