Good day.
Im pretty much confused whether Honda CD70 2022 Euro and Non euro carburetor will work fine in my Self Start Super Power 2020.
Need advices and suggestion as I’m facing horrendous mileage on Crown Lifan’s PZ16. Need expert opinion and advises.
you do realize cd70 does better fuel because it has smaller pistonwhere as chinese bikes are 78cc in reality
Yes I do realize that, however physically newer Honda 70CC carbs Looks exactly same to 78CC carburetors.
But I’m not sure whether it’ll work properly or not
why do you need to install Honda carburator? wy not go with its original one? technically both are same and work flawlessly but why buying an expensive honda one?
As I’m unable to find Original Carburetor for Chinese 78CC.
i am wondring why it is so, because chinese carburators are available everywhere. any good spare parts shop will have it. i changed a year ago when i was restoring a Super Star 70cc bike. bought it for i think 1800/- that time.
Only crown aftermarket parts are available which is already installed, not thinking of buying same thing again which is causing me trouble in the first place.
ok so can you mind sharing what is the problem you are facing with the chinese one?
No matter what I do, I’m unable to set its mileage I don’t get pass by 40kmpl which is very dubious. If I make mixture bit lean I get cold starting and missing problems. Things I’ve tried: Changing Main Jets Mixture Screws Playing with Slide NeedleAnd what not.
check tappets and change its spark plug, mine gives around 50 to 52. Whats the condition of its engine? which oil you are using?
As per mechanic tappets are fine, so he didn’t touch them. Spark plug is new, engine is just fine.I’m using havoline 20w40.
Set carb mixture with digital meter
