I have successfully rebuild my cg 125 engine by my self at home. I made complete engine like crank work ( bearings, connecting rod), cam gear, pushrods, cluth plates. It took 3 days from start to finish (while my holidays). On first day i disassembled my engine and separated parts. One another day i bought new parts and repaired my crankshaft also (new bearings, new cam gear, crank seating, crank balancing), and changed my kick spring also, also checked gears for wear but it was ok. I completely washed (cleaned) my engine casings and parts with petrol and cotton rags. One third day i reassembled it and fitted good quality packings and gasket. After reassembly refilled it with engine oil and started it for the first time.. I will also share pictures which i captured.
