Salam to everyone. I am having a strange problem, and had this second time. As i am new to CG 125 therefore few things might come up as surprise for me.

I also posted about it previously.

I parked my bike last week end, and after that did not use the bike at all, i always have the fuel turned off when not in use.

Today on Monday when i prepared to leave, and turned my fuel to On, the petrol started to overflow, and lot of fuel went out, i turned it off.

I switched on the bike and hit few kicks to see if it starts? it did start a bit and than goes off, same happened couple of times.

After waiting few minutes i turned on the fuel again, this time the fuel did not overflow, and the bike started as well.

Please please help me with this, is this anything abnormal or it does happen like this.

Yes, this is strange, i asked a mechanic on my way, he said there may be trash which cleared out, dont understand whats the reason.

May be leaving the bike idel for two days, and petrol left out in the carburetor is causing this issue :(.

If next time it happens then turn off the petrol and loose this highlighted screw a bit and allow the carb to release the petrol little bit and then start the bike and give it throttle around 5000-6000rpm and then tight the screw.

Bro Formula-1 Scratch Out is best for any kind of bikes+it can be used on tanks, side covers, exhaust, suspensions, rims, mudguards and if bike is getting rust then you can use Turtle Wax and Brasso for chrome parts.

Thanks @r1 for the advice, i will definetly check that.

I went to a Honda mechanic in the evening, he said fuel gets evaporated from carb slowly, if all the fuel gets evaporated a pin inside carb lose its adjustment, when fresh petrol from tank rush in the carb the overflow can happen due to this. He adviced me to first try to start the bike with fuel off, couple of kicks will jerk the pin/jet back in order and then turning on the fuel will not overflow. I will try this technique as well.

@r1 did you have such issue ever? do you leave your bike with fuel On or Off?

remember to change front fork oil every year to keep them in good condition. Buy a spray can of chain wax for the chain, use it every month and remove and clean out the chain every year too then immerse in molten chain wax and let to dry then install. - a used chain helps in installing a chain without removing the magento cover.

a little tip to help keep the chaincase secured, use a drop of threadlock on the chain case screws, that way they wont vibrate loose. For optimum performance from tyres keep the pressures as front 25 psi and rear 35 psi.. The front tyre will ride square to the road this way.

Does this mean leaving petrol Off for too long can cause this issue. As i am keeping the fuel Off all the time and only turn On when i need to use my bike. I will leave the fuel On this week end and check whether overflow happen again. Thanks @r1 for your time and advice.
