I'm thinking to convert CG125 to 150cc with 5 gear transmition mesh

Buy Cg150 rickshaw cylinder and piston costs 1800rs. And use your cg head. Slight alterations might be required in piston..

Yes it is used in all l 150cc Loader Rickshaw.
It needs to be tested on cg first.

The shape is different it would require desi alteration which means compromise on performance (less horsepower per cc) and reliability (very short lifespan, consistent rebuilts)

Though is it OHV or OHC ?

It is ohv and cylinder mounting studs are same its same stroke. Just take some measurements. I had I think shared the measurements once in a thread about using cg 150 cylinder in Piaggio.

It uses flat top piston. It might be slightly taller then normal cg but slightly shaving from sides might be required or who knows it will be plug and play.

Best would be to try it.. But buy only yoko brand other are third class

More like a downgrade...

Leaking gaskets, high friction, engine overheating, oil leakage, ignition issues, fowling spark-plugs, engine seizure, stressed transmission... Take your pick!

Don't attempt this unless your cylinder head is blown-up and need a top-end rebuild. It's just stupid and downright foolish to open the cylinder head of a brand new motorcycle.

Tell you what, change your sprockets. Drop one tooth at the front, add two at the rear and voila!

You bike is going to accelerate like a CD200!

As a side effect, you'll lose some top-speed but unless you live right beside a highway; it shouldn't be a problem. And I should also mention that it'll also increase your overall RPMs (which will result in slightly worse fuel consumption) and you will also have to re-calibrate the speedometer with GPS.

Bro, try to keep the gasket thickness around 1mm after tightening the studs. The overall compression ratio will stay around 9:1 if you keep your dome genuine sized. Try valves with bigger head (bare sar wale valve) and a bigger carb. Decrease the rear sprocket by 2 or teeth max. I think thats it.

Custom duty on ali express items such as engine is per cc. And it is 193% of original cost. Beware of custom.

Buy another engine of 125 and cutomoze the heck out of that. But whenever needed. Just swap unopened genuine engine.

15000 will cost another engine i think. Excluding tweaks.

yes they sell old engines cheap and tha they take like 30K to rebuilt to so in total old 200cc engines cost around 50K and still not reliable as they are fixed by gugars
