Honda CG Deluxe Fuel Tank leaking

Hello pakwheelers, I recently bought a 2007 honda deluxe, because i had very low budget but wanted to have something good, unfortunately after buying, i went to petrol pump and found out the tank was all rusted from below and was leaking from the fuel gauge hole, the mechanic applied magic to stop the leakage but the tank is already rusted from inside and it was already repaired,

New tank is very expensive, what do you guys recommend? I'm from Lahore btw

What's your budget? I would recommend a 2021 CG-125 tank, as they look good and are in great condition, for cheap. I "think" they may fit onto the deluxe. Most likely yes, but don't quote me on that though. They go for around 8k.

If that is outside your budget, look what I found for a mere 1,000. It's also a 125 tank.

Last, but not least, you can repair the tank, to make it work for a few months, but you will be back at square one again soon. Not a permanent solution.

The classic tank will look very odd and I don't think it would fit, i have to rebuild the whole bike lekin abhi guzare keliye kuch time nikalna hai, repair ki taraf hi jana parega

Yes, at least it will stop the leakage, lekin tank andar se kafi rusted hai to shayad change hi karna parega

Please check Bilal Gunj or Mcleod Road, you can easily get a new tank at a reasonable price.
