For a first motorbike, I wouldn't get a Yamaha because the body parts and parts in general are more expenses than Honda, but that depends on you. If you can afford quality parts, you should get a YBR as a first bike.
However, i would like to comment that Yamaha speed meter is pretty accurate, after 100 kmh there is
Variation of 5-10 kmh but that is normal.
YBZ will also be more comfortable than CG. You're back will ache alot with CG even in short commutes, because seating position is like a phatta and seat is also like a phatta, build quality of new CG is also like a phatta, which is why i call it a phatta on wheels.
Yamaha build quality is not bad at all, however, the paint quality did drop in late 2019 YBR G and early 2020 models so far (of only YBR G).
Lekin Honda CG125 bhaagnay mei sher hai. 125cc 4 stroke mei uska competition hai hee nhi in acceleration. Maybe a modifed YBR 125 can accelerate slightly more than it. However, dono pr agr 120 kmh pohnch jab jao gaye, tab jaa kr you can rely only on YBR to get you back to zero. CG ki brakes ineffective hai for that much acceleration.
CG handle krna bhi easy hai in traffic because it is slim and lighter, but YBR has better road grip.
I shifted from a 2005 CD70 and bought a new YBR in November, so far 1900 ridden. I learned to ride on a 50th anniversary of pakistan CG125. If you have any questions, ask.
