Honda City 04 IDSi heating up on high speed

Got the radiator serviced, it was fully choked. The radiator guy wanted me to put Guard's red coolant. I told him to put tap water for now.

Where can I get good quality coolant from and what brand should I go for?

Plus, after radiator service, on my way back the temp still reached 103C
So now what?
Directly to head gasket?

The radiator guy didn't even bother checking anything else, telling me that radiator was the problem as it was fully choked. He didn't inspect anything else

bro-95c is max for L- series engine. 103c will on danger side

chek thermostat if car use water instead of coolant. partially chocked thermostat shows these reading upto 110c

I have city manual 05 model. I am facing same problem. My city is not dropping water level in both radiator and tank. Water level is exactly the same every time i have checked. No smoke no milky engine oil. But heat warning on 80km below that everything is fine with or without AC. Problem is only on 80 and above speed. Auto fan works fine ac fan working fine.
I am thinking what to do. Should i replace radiator??? I or what???

classing sign of choked radiator, at higher speed not enough coolant is passing through the radiator, hence overheating problem at higher speed..

what about reservoir bottle, does it stay the same in reservoir bottle ?
can you explain a bit more, when does it go low and when does it come back to normal level in the radiator?

I have honda city 2005 problem heating over 2500 rpm always below that ac or without ac every thing fine. And all this was happening without thermostat valve(i found when i opened waterbody) No water dop no leakage fan working properly. I do my work on my car at my own im very annoyed by mechanics. They are pethatic costly and do their job on jugaar technology. They even don't know the function and importance of many of the car systems and components. I wasted money on my first car and now i am doing my car work at my own and more efficiently and ecnomically.

I checked everything that i can and nothing was abnormal i changed the radiator put the thermostat valve and now my temperature readings are ideal 82 to 84 C° on the go and 96 to 97 C° on idle. On 97C° fan automatically turns on.
Radiator was about 5000 silver and thermostat valve the most important component of car about 700 used kaabli one.

did temp rise above 95c at 2500rpm then ur radiator fan motor need to be changed. mine vario do these same system .
