Honda City 1.3 2015 - IVTEC Maintenance

I own a HONDA city 2015 I am feeling its suspension is too hard! even a small stone on the road or a little bump or a cat eye make this car uncomfortable
**bought city at 21,000 KM now its almost 35,000 KM, in past i didnot feel this suspension hard issue **
**nowadays i am facing this issue, also brother plz advice about 40,000 KM checkup by Honda **
is it really needful ?
can i go for Honda to check my car, because after purchasing car in last year Nov, didnot go for any mechanic just routine oil change by TOTAL Parco or wait to make odo 40k ?
**also feeling my gear oil will do change dueto facing somtimes it little bit tough when changing the lower gear **
please advice brothers

sir the tires have completed their life and have become hard changd them to a softer tire

tire 185 65R 15 Good year, when i purchase car seller told me that they replace recently this new tyre
also as per pic i think tire is in good condition

Kindly check the manufacturing dates of tyres and report back it will be written on sidebwalls

tires are of 2016 end
these are old tires bro and may have become hard uptill now
Have them checked by a tire guy and if they are hard then replace them
As city already has a preety hard suspension
One more thing whats the tire pressure you as it also plays part
