Honda City 1.3 Maintenace and Spare Parts Cost

Hi Friends!
I recently bought a used Honda City 2016 1.3 Manual. And I want some recommendations from you guys regarding its maintenance and spare parts. It has been driven 90000 kms. Please clear my following questions
1) Should I go to Honda 3s dealership every time for maintenance OR there are any other good mechanics in lahore which has same good quality service and genuine spare parts? (Note: I am a student so I would prefer a service which is comparatively lighter on my pocket)
2) How much Honda dealership charge for Full inspection, oil change, air filter change, oil filter change, tuning, and labor?
3) At 90k mileage, what things should I get checked first which may need replacement or service?
4) It is giving me 12 km/l avg in city and I think it may be improved after maintenance.

Actually, I am new to these things like car maintenance, spare parts etc and I want my recently bought car to get full checked for issues and problems also considering my budget is relatively low.

To answer your first question I think it's really costly if you want to get it maintained by the company so its better to get it done from a reliable mechanic since that would be lighter on your pocket.

For the second question, you can expect around 5-6k just for oil and filter change. Not sure about tuning but even for that they charge a lot.

For the third question I would suggest getting all the fluids changed, this includes gear oil, oil and oil filter, air filter and cabin air filter. In addition, you may need to get the catalytic converter cleaned and for that a member on this forum can suggest you a good place.

Do have a look at the tyres and make sure they have enough tread and the brake fluid level to see if you need new brake pads.

After all this the fuel avg should go up to somewhere between 13 and 14 km/l. I hope your car serves you well!
